Some familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies is helpful, but not required for successful completion of the Problem Solving for Public Servants workshop.

Things may come up that make it difficult or impossible to complete your training in your current cohort. In these cases, we allow participants to resume their training in a future workshop for no additional cost.

Yes, each participant’s improvement project will identify a quantifiable benefit to your organization (savings, revenue, employee engagement, etc.) equal to or greater than the cost to attend the workshop; otherwise, a full refund will be provided.
